Dear Mum

There are a few things in life that we can count on: the sun will rise tomorrow, as much as we try not to we cannot help but like Taylor Swift's music, and mothers will always put others' needs before their own. Being a parent means being sacrificial. But if we do not take care of ourselves, there will be nothing left to give. I learned this quickly this past year as I became overwhelmed with the needs of my family. Moms, you NEED to take time to focus on yourself. My coaching group is hosting a four-week online nutrition and fitness accountability group for mothers starting on May 4. It will be a super fun month filled with encouragement as well as helpful tips on eating healthy, parenting, beauty, and other random wonderful tidbits that moms love.
