About Me

Having always considered myself a healthy person, I finally awoke one day to the realization that not taking time to focus on my health was a potential symptom of actually being unhealthy. As I set out on my journey for purposeful living, I was yearning for a resource to provide me with the information and tools I needed to take an active role in my health. Unable to find such a concise resource, I thought I would have a go at making one myself. As someone who wants to know not just what is good for me but also why it is good, I strive to provide others with sound advice on how to change their lives for the better.
